Our company deals with clothing marketing. The products, which you can find on our website, have certain and real descriptions and realistic images and show exactly the product that we offer. All of these are under the reservations of any typographical or technical errors, which might occur by accident, unwittingly or due to force majeure. The information constantly update, either concerning our products availability and stock number, or the price of each product. However there might be an error about the availability of some products, because one and a half hour is necessary, in order our system to update from the moment we modify the products availability.

Femalefashion.gr can send it’ s products all over Greece and in any other country through courier companies, with whom we collaborate, and those companies are listed in the section “Delivery and Shipping Policy” of this text. So before you make any order via our e-shop we recommend you to read the terms and policies of those courier companies from their websites to figure out if they serve you. In case that the country , where you are located in is not being served by the courier companies, please contact us and inform us about it.

Guide for order placing – Completion of sales contract

In our website are listed different types of clothing, which are separated to different categories depending on the clothing category, either with the seasonal use, or the style of clothes. You can explore any category of them and choose what you want. If you only want to save your preference and you have already registered as a Member of femalefashion.gr, you can do this by storing it in your “Wishlist”. However this doesn’t mean that you have purchased it and made a sale contract with us, so the company can freely sell it to someone else. In order to make a purchase and complete a sales contract you have to put the product you want in your online shopping cart following the website’s instructions till you reach the step “complete your order”. Then, if you want to go on with your order , you will be asked about the payment method of your choice and the shipping method and the location you want your order to be delivered. For the payment and the shipping of the product, you have to fill in your personal details in the corresponding fields of our website. Then the contract between you and us will be drawn up. In all this process you will be asked to fill in your personal details, which they are always under the protection of our Privacy Policy, that our company follows and which is written in agreement with all the state’s and EU’s laws, that protect this policy. In order to make an order from us and to purchase any product you don’t have to register to our website or be a Member of femalefashion.gr. But if you are a Member , you can handle your Wishlist and check your order’s status and your orders history.

Member can be any physical entity or legal entity with full legal capacity. Physical entities must be at least 18 years old and the minors will be excluded from the right to become Members of femalefashion.gr. You can make online orders anytime during daytime, every day of the year and on holidays. You must state your full and real personal details during the order procedure. If you choose credit or debit card as payment method, which card is connected to a bank account(the available payment methods will be exposed bellow) you state that you are the legal authorized owner or user of this card and that the available balance is sufficient to cover the value of the products that you want to buy. Femalefashion has the right to check the payment details you state, if you choose as payment method the credit/debit card or other online payment method, in order to protect the financial transactions. In case femalefashion.gr finds out any mistake, misleading or any problem, it has the right to reject the order.

In case you chose as payment method the credit or debit card, after the placement of the order, contact with our partner on payments, depending on the payment method that you have chosen. After the payment, you receive an email at your email address (you had state your email address during the order procedure), which email informs you, that we received your order, also has a description of the products you have already ordered and purchased, the terms of your order and your order code number, which is personal and only for this specific order. If you choose as payment method “cash on delivery” is happening something different. An confirmation email will be sent to you right after the order’s placement with the details of the products and the shipping details and the products that you have ordered will be delivered to you with the simultaneous payment of the price.

When we receive your order, we check, whether the order can be executed as it is, or there is any issue with it , which could cause problems to its execution and it’s rejection. In case the order can be execute, our company organizes the shipping of your order with our partner courier companies. So we send you an email, which informs you, about the condition of your order and the details about the courier company and the shipping number. This number is useful to you, in order to check, anytime, where your order is and is also useful to the courier company to verify, which your order is, if you communicate with the courier company.

When we receive your order, if we find any issue about it, which may cause any problem with it’ s execution, or because the product has run out and we don’t have stock of it, or because there might be an unexpected delay, something that you are not responsible for but it goes against our business principals, and because we respect you, we will contact you by using the information, you have given to us. During this contact we will inform you about the issues and the problems about your order, and we will offer you either a modification of your order, or a cancellation of your order if this is what you want. If only a part from the order can be executed and the rest is impossible be executed and we can’t contact with you, we will send you an email within 3 days by the time you submitted your order, and this email will contain the part of your order, which can be executed and which cannot, and this new email contains the order that we will execute. In case you have already paid your whole order with the part, which was canceled, our company will return you the price of the canceled part of your order, as soon as possible. However it must be understood, that the sending of the confirmation email of your order, within the voucher number from the courier company, doesn’t mean that we accept your order, but informs you that we only have received your order. If you confirm an order , this is only a proposal from you to femalefashion.gr, that you want to buy our products. In order for a contract to be concluded with us, we have to accept your order and this is happening, by the time we send you the confirmation email of your order’s shipping. If our confirmation email doesn’t include all the products that you have ordered, the missing products are not included in the contract between us and in case that you have already paid for them, we are forced to return to you, the missing products value. In that case , you accept that our company doesn’t owe you any indemnity.

The contract is executed, by the time you pay for the order, either when your credit/debit card is credited, or when you pay the order with the method “cash on delivery”.

The duration of the sales contract between us begins at the moment we send you the confirmation email (with the confirmation of your order’s execution with the shipping number of the courier company) and ends when you have no longer the right to cancel your order, or to withdraw of the contract, or to return the product, according to those Terms of Use and the state’s laws.

Femalefashion.gr doesn’t keep a record of customer’s orders, so you have the responsibility and the right to keep a record of your orders and your transactions with our company

Besides the orders from our e-shop, whoever wants to place an order from our company, can do it by the phone, by calling to the telephones, which you can find in the section “Communication” on our website. Phone orders can be done from Monday to Friday and between the hours 9:00am to 17:00pm. In order to make a phone order , you have to describe the product that you want to buy to our representative , using the product’s code in order to understand which product you want to buy. Also you have to tell to our representative, which way you want the product to be delivered to you and how you want to purchase the order. For the phone orders we offer to you, the same payment methods as the methods for the online orders. Our Customer Service will inform you, that every time you call to our Customer Service, your call is recorded, for the security of the transactions and for your best service and also in order to prove the content of your order and for the confirmation of your order. With the placement of the telephone order you declare that you accept the General Terms and Policies followed by our company, as well as the Privacy Policy of our company. We record the data that is necessary for your order’s execution. The financial data that you state to us, is not recorded.

The cancellation of the order can be done by the user-consumer of femalefashion.gr.

Firstly you, as users of our website, can do it easily before the submission of the order, by removing the products that you don’t want to buy from your Wishlist. Also if you have already confirmed and sent your order to our company, you can cancel your order, if we haven’t sent you the confirmation email, that we accept your order, with the details of the shipment, by sending to us an email, or in order to do it faster you can call to our Calling Center. At this point, if you have already deposited your money, for the purchase of the product, the money will be returned to you. All the above are valid in case of we haven’t already confirmed the shipment of your order. Also, when femalefashion.gr modifies your order, you have the right to cancel the order totally, or just the modified part of your order and if you have already purchased your order, we will return your money as soon as possible, depending the price of cancellation. In case you have already confirmed your order and have received from us the confirmation email with the product’s shipment and the shipment number from the courier company, which means that the products are on the way to your place, you can also cancel your order, but you will be charged with the shipment’s costs. Regarding orders from foreign countries, if you want to cancel your order before you receive it, your money will be returned to you, but you will be charged with the shipment costs in order the product to come back to our head office in Greece.

Cancellation of your order from femalefashion.gr.

Beyond the above, femalefashion.gr might cancel your order at any stage, the whole of it or just a part of it, under some circumstances. Firstly this might be happening, because of some technical mistake by showing to you that the product is available by mistake, because it might be out of stock and our system has not already been updated, or our company cannot get the product for any reason. Also, because of a technical mistake might be an error in the listed product’s value or in the product’s description. We can also cancel your order if we think that you follow unfair practices during the confirmation of your order, or when you don’t use fair our system. Also nonpayment or not receiving of the products according to the agreed terms and conditions lead to the cancellation of your order. Finally we can cancel your order, if it’s execution may lead to a violation of laws and rules and regulations or in cases force majeure. If you have already purchased your order, we will return your money without any delay. The cancellation of your order can be done and after of receiving the products, because you have the right to withdraw from the contract (which is analyzed in the section “Right of Withdraw”. If you deny to receive the products, that you have ordered, from the courier company, this means that you withdraw from the contract between us.

All the prices of the products we sell via femalefashion.gr, include 24% VAT, but the costs of shipment or the costs of the method “cash on delivery” are not included. These prices  refer to the products and quantities, if they are available and femalefashion.gr has the right to change the prices of the products without any prior notice. Although femalefashion take all the appropriate technical measures in order the prices to be correct, however because of technical mistakes might be errors in some product’s prices that you have placed in your order. It is our duty, when we receive your order and before the payment, to check if the prices of the products are correct. If we find any mistake on the product’s price, which you have ordered , we will contact you as soon as possible and before of it’ s shipment. Then it is up to you, if you want to go on with your order at the correct price, or to modify it, or to cancel it. If we can’t reach a contact with you, the order will be cancelled.

Consumers from countries outside EU might be charged with extra costs, which may arise due to differences in exchange rate, customs clearance, import licenses ant other local requirements for which we are not responsible for.

The place of products shipment is the location that you have chosen, according the information you have given us at your order, either it is located in Greece, or in a foreign country.

Way and Time of shipment

We are trying to send all the packages the same day or in the next two days from the time you place your order. Deliveries cannot be made on Weekend and on national Holidays. The in time delivery of the products, which you have ordered, depends on many and various reasons, of which our company might not be responsible for. Our company cooperates with the most reliable courier companies. We cooperate with ACS COURIER and with ELTA COURIER for the shipment of our products. You have the right to choose, either the delivery of the products to the location that you want, or to pick your order from our shop, which is located in Greece, in Athens Attica, street Pandosias 8, postal code 11142. When you choose, the products to be delivered to the location you want , you are charged with the shipment costs, which are calculated in your order and you already have knowledge about them. There is no extra charge and no shipping costs, if you come to our shop in order to pick your order. Also when you make an order, which costs from 50 euros and more, there aren’t any shipping costs, so the shipment is free to your place.

Delivery Delay

Our company does whatever it can, in order you to have the order in time. It might however be a delay for some reasons about the shipping of your order. Firstly , there might be a delay, if our supplier has delayed to send the product to us, because of a problem in it’ s shipping, due to force majeure, causing problems to us, because we won’t have it at our store by the time we want it. Also might be happening some force majeure incidents, such as worker’s strike, extreme weather events, which we can’t control and might be causing problems at the shipping and delivery of products. Also there might be lack of stock in our storage area and the system has not updated yet. In these cases you have the right to choose, either the delivery of your order without the product that is unavailable or delayed, or to change this product with an available one, or to wait your order despite this delay. If the product that you have already purchased is no longer available, we will return your money as soon as possible. If we propose to you a modification on your order , or if you don’t want the order without the missing product, you can cancel your order totally or a part of it and we will return the money to you, depending on how much is the price of the cancellation. In case of a delay you can call our Customer Service Department or send an email to us and inform us about what do you want to do with your order.

Responsibility during shipping

We would like to inform you that our company is the only one responsible for any damage or loss of the products until the moment you get them in your place , so by the time you receive them and own them , you are responsible for any damage, as consumers . If the courier company can’t deliver the package that you have ordered to you, because the courier can’t reach you, because you are not at the delivery time at your place, then the courier company will try again to reach you and deliver the package to you, or the courier company will try to contact you, to inform you , where your package is, in order to get it, if you want it. In case the delivery of the package becomes impossible, then the package returns to us and it is meant that you denied to receive your order. If you have already purchased the products, then we will return you your money but you will be charged with the shipping costs. That will happen only in case the products have returned to us in the same condition as they left our store, because you are responsible for any damage or loss of the products because of your unexpected denial.

Beyond shipment and delivery of your order to your place, you can choose to pick your order from our shop, where there is a showroom, where you can have a close look to our products. If you choose this way to receive your order, is obvious that you are not charged with extra costs for shipping or for “cash on delivery”. When you submit your order , an confirmation email is sent to you by us, which will inform you about the personal number of your order and the day and the hour, when you can pick your order from our shop . The same thing is happening with the phone orders. Our shop is located in Athens Attica , Pandosias street, number 8, p.c. 11142.

Femalefashion.gr always cares about the convenience and the safety of the transactions and for the fastest  and best service for you, so it provides you all of these ways of payment: 

Cash on delivery (only for deliveries in Greece)
You can use this way of payment only for shipments within the Greek territory. You pay by the time the package is delivered to you and pay the employee of the courier company, who will deliver the order to you. If you choose this way of payment, the extra charge is 2,50euros.

Pay via debit/credit card
You can change this way of payment via your personal debit/credit card. If you choose this way of payment, you will be asked to enter at the pay center of the bank we cooperate, all the necessary details of your debit/credit card  in order to complete your purchase. Those necessary data are used exclusively for your purchase to our e-shop and their process is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of Femalefashion.gr. The Bank’s Pay center, which we cooperate with, gives you the safest way of payment via bank cards and no personal data of yours (such as your card’s detail) is stored in the system of Femalefashion.gr.

ΤThe right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change his mind about the purchase made, freeing himself from the contract concluded without giving any reason. You can use your personal right of withdrawal in some specific and exclusive deadlines. It is not necessary in order to use this right to inform us about the reasons, why you take this decision and you not supposed to give us any explanation about your decision.

In this case (withdrawal), the consumer can return the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid. You can use this right in specific and exclusive deadline of 14 days. This deadline starts from the next day , when you (or the person that you have authorized) received the products and acquired them in your possession. So from the next day of receiving the products, you have 14 days in order to return them. If the 14th day is on Weekend or Holiday the deadline lasts until the next working day. It is necessary in order to use your right of withdrawal, to inform us in time, before the expiry of the deadline, about your decision to withdraw from the sales contract . You can inform us, either with a registered mail to our company in address : Pandosias street, number 8, in Athens Attica, in Greece, Posta Code 11142, or to contact us at the telephone 2102136503, or to fulfill the document “Return Card”, which is attached in the shipping card, by giving this card fulfilled to our cooperative courier company. Also you can inform us by sending us an email at info@femalefashion.gr and we will send you an email that we received your request.
In order to use your right in time, you have to send us your request before the expiry of the deadline. You agree that your state of withdrawing from the sales contract has been received from us the next working day from the day that you sent to us your request. In case you want to use your right of withdrawal you have to return the products back to us in our address, in time and without any further delay and in the deadline of the 14days. Exercising the right of withdrawal is your obligation and your personal right so you have to prove the in time exercise of it. If you have exercised your right correctly we are forced to return you the money you have already paid, if the products that you have returned to us are without damages in the condition that you received them. You can also return the products in person in our shop at our address in Athens, in Greece without any charge. In our shop you can return the products that you don’t want and we can give you the amount of those products price in gift card for further future use or to change these products with some other products from our showroom. If you return the products with the courier company, the shipping costs is up to you, unless the products have any damages that you are not responsible for, or they are not the same that you have ordered so the shipping costs is up to us. The products must be returned to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

In conclusion, if you withdraw from the contract between us, we will return your money (and the shipping costs if you choose our cooperatives courier companies under the above terms). The refund will be in time without further delay and within 20 days from the day that our company has received the products that you returned. If you had chosen the payment method “cash on delivery” we will send your money in the bank account that you have indicated to us, because with the agreement of these terms you agree to take your money back in this way as a result of your withdrawal. In case you have paid via debit/credit card or via PayPal, we will return the money in the bank account that you have used for the payment.
Products that you have bought with some discount or we had given to you for free as a gift because of your withdrawal order, you have to return them too, or else your right of withdrawal is useless and as never been exercised.

You agree that after the delivery and receive of the products from you, it is your responsibility any reduction in the value of the products, which comes as a result of your use on the products, except you use the products correctly as their ordinary use. In order to take your money back the package that you return to is must be full with all the products and the documents that we send to you in order to execute your order.

All the products must return to us in the same condition as we have sent to you and as you have delivered them.

Defective Product

If the product you have ordered isn’t the one you have received or has any kind of deteriorations, during 14 day period from the receipt, you are able to contact with the company’s Call Center in order to report the problem you deal with. Our company will offer you to replace the imperfect product with a one with no deteriorations, provided that it is in stock. You in your turn you are able to ask for a refund or product’s replacement.
