The in time delivery of the products, which you have ordered, depends on many and various reasons, of which our company might not be responsible for. Our company cooperates with the most reliable courier companies. We cooperate with ACS COURIER and with ELTA COURIER for the shipment of our products. You have the right to choose, either the delivery of the products to the location that you want, or to pick your order from our shop, which is located in Greece, in Athens Attica, street Pandosias 8, postal code 11142. When you choose, the products to be delivered to the location you want , you are charged with the shipment costs, which are calculated in your order and you already have knowledge about them. There is no extra charge and no shipping costs, if you come to our shop in order to pick your order. Also when you make an order, which costs from 50 euros and more, there aren't any shipping costs, so the shipment is free to your place.

If the product you have ordered isn’t the one you have received or has any kind of deteriorations, during 14 day period from the receipt, you are able to contact with the company’s Call Center in order to report the problem you deal with. Our company will offer you to replace the imperfect product with a one with no deteriorations, provided that it is in stock. You in your turn you are able to ask for a refund or product’s replacement. In case you decide to return the product due to its deteriorations, transportation cost will be full covered by the company under the condition you have chosen the courier company that we cooperate with or if you prefer other mode of transport, the extra cost is on you. Product reruns are also be able, fast and with no extra cost and at the company’s headquarters within 14nth day period from the day you received the product. Money refund will be directly with no culpable delay and in any case within five days since the day that the Company will receive the products you returned according to above defined.
You explicitly agree that the replacement of the products which order have been executed wrong, is able in order the products for replacement are in same good condition as they were when you received them. If the product has deteriorations or has any other problem further the one which has been reported, our company doesn’t replace it. In order to be replaced or to refund the money the company must be responsible for the deterioration.

Money refund is being transferred to a Bank account that you indicate to us and in case of a deterioration in which is responsible is the company, shipping cost will not be on you. Claims for compensation are excluded so as any kind of claim for health and body injuries.
