Company’s headquarters is at Attica, Athens municipality, Pandosias 8 str. Postal code 11142 and this is the address where the post can be addressed. The address of company’s website is https://femalefashion.gr (hereafter “website”). The phone number is +30 210 213 6501. If a user who enters the site has question or query regarding to present Policy can directly contact the company and communicate via e-mail at info@femalefashion.gr.

The present describes the way in which the Company use, manage and protect the personal data of individuals, provided to it either during the registration or during the use of services of the online store or through contracts with which it collects and processes the personal data of individuals, with the main concern the safe processing of them.

The present Policy does NOT disclose the consent of individuals who use the company’s e-shop and any service that is not subject to control ownership of ZERDEVAS FEMALE FASHION. Also the third part must have entered into a written agreement with the company with which obligations are set for the third part similar to those owed by ZERDEVAS FEMALE FASHION according to Law 4624/2019 for Personal Data Protection.
    B. This is required due to compliance with provisions of law and competent authorities, prosecutors, police, investigators and not only authorities, responding to a relevant request.
    C. This is necessary in any legal or judicial proceedings or forthcoming legal proceedings
    D. If deemed necessary for the defense or establishment of legal interests, including the provision of information to law enforcements authorities, correctional authorities or other authorities, in order to prevent and deal with unauthorized use of services, illegal activity and fraud.

The company undertakes not to provide Personal Data to non-European Union countries, without the prior written consent of individuals unless the company and the recipients of Personal Data have entered into the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and form an annex to the Commission’s decision of the 5th of February 2010 for the transfer of personal data to performing operations that are located to a third country (2010/87/ΕU).

INDIVIDUALS RIGHTS
Individuals may claim the following rights arising from provisions of General Data Protection Regulation Ε.U. 2016/697 as incorporated into Greek law by the Law 4624/2019 together with the binding directions and codes issued by supervising authorities:

  2. Access and correction of personal data in case of processing that concerns them.
  3. Delete of personal data in case is not necessary.
